When a friend referred Yarden to us, we could only hope that he would come as advertised. As we started getting to know him, we quickly realized that he was that and much more. Our family lived in our house for over 20 years and there was a deep emotional attachment to it. Yarden fully respected this and we never remotely felt that he put his interests above ours. He was truly invested not only in the best possible outcome for the sale, but for our wellbeing throughout the process. That meant the world to us. All the advice he gave us and the various people he put us in contact with (house staging, photographer, etc.) were all top notch and he made sure the process went as smooth as we could have hoped for. Once our house listed, multiple offers were received within days, and it sold far above asking price. While we greatly appreciated his help in securing this for us, it is the caring and thoughtful person that he is which we appreciated above everything else.
