When I decided to sell my home of 41 years, I knew I needed someone with lots of experience. The home is old, and old homes always have some issues that will arise when trying to sell it. I was referred to Yara from someone else who told me she can work miracles. That's who I wanted. I can honestly say she single handily saved the deal from collapsing 4 separate times. From the day she listed it, to the negotiating, to the accepted offer, to the inspection, to the appraisal, to the hiring of contractors to fix some issues, to the day of the closing.
