I handled most of the process on my end, but Yanni made sure to keep my husband in the loop too, working around his schedule so he could still be involved. Communication was never an issue — she always answers the phone and makes you feel like a priority. As first-time veteran homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. Yanni broke everything down for us and made sure we understood every step. She helped us stay confident even when the lender side got stressful. This is our starter home, but when we’re ready to upgrade, we’re calling Yanni again for sure. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
