We bought and sold our house with Yanna and wouldn't have picked anyone else to represent us! Not only is she the most thorough in reviewing hidden details prior to buying a house (she let us know that a house we were looking at could potentially lose 70% of the yard we wanted with a road expansion) but she is also so good at making sure you understand the entire process of buying and selling! She walked us through all the paperwork and made sure that any questions were answered. Outside of being a fantastic agent, she's also just a genuinely amazing human being and really cares about her clients. We'd recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Yanna has been a true inspiration working with her on my out of State Move from Central PA to Myrtle Beach, SC. She got to work with showing us multiple homes right away on a moment notice in different areas and big help keeping focused on our goals in a new home. Being that it was our first time buying a home we were nervous about finding a realtor who would understand our wants and needs and not push things on us. Yanna Milioto is an absolutely amazing agent. I moved here from a different state and know nothing about South Carolina and home buying procedures in this state. She understood my needs and requirements. She was proactive and aggressive (in a good way) making sure that everything that needed to be done was done. We had some issues with the lender's team not doing their job properly, but Yanna was persistent and made everything happen in a timely manner. Without her help and expertise, this homebuying experience could have been a nightmare.
