Rebecca answered all our questions in a timely manner, she is always able to, and fast in request showing for houses that we are interested in but not able to make it to the open houses. She gave us professional opinions about each house’s pros and cons and her negotiation skill is exceptional. We got the house we want in the highly competitive Lexington area through a low ball offer! Even the seller’s agent complimented her in front of us(“Your agent represented you well”). Rebecca also recommended home inspectors and lawyers which saved us hundreds of dollars compared to our previous closing with another company.
