Yaniz was born in Phoenix AZ but grew up in Las Vegas since she was 3 years old. After graduating high school, she worked in the casino industry for 9 years and then shifted into real estate. Her interest began when she read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki. At that point, she realized that she needed to invest in real estate to create wealth and cashflow. She began investing in 2015 and then became a realtor in 2017. She recognizes the challenges and successes that come from both sides. Her goal is to share her knowledge and experience with clients who are looking to dip their toes into the real estate market. She speaks Spanish and specializes in helping the Hispanic community. She will work tirelessly to help you buy, sell, invest, or even find a rental home.
