As new homeowners, Yaniv was willing to work with all our demands. We had an eye on a specific house and he was able to get us an appointment to view it right away after the house had stopped doing showings for a while. We also ran into a hiccup with our first lender and Yaniv was able to help us find a new loan officer and help expedite the lending process since we only had limited time to close with the sellers. Yaniv also showed great negotiating skills and we were able to get seller credit for home improvements. Overall, he was very helpful, easy to work with, professional and very knowledgeable.
