When it came time for my parents (who were in their 70’s and had been living in the same home for over 40 years) to sell their home; we were very fortunate to have been referred to Yamuna Benedict of Peggy Hoag Real Estate. Yamuna was very informed and knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area, and came over a couple of months before the home was ever listed, to give advice and guidance on how we could make minor updates to appeal to the masses and ultimately get top dollar. Following her advice, we removed all the outdated wallpaper, painted, installed new cabinet hardware, de-cluttered and wallah; we were ready to sell. My parents, again in their 70’s, were completely overwhelmed and intimidated by what they thought the process would be like; but Yamuna and her team of most extraordinary experts, completely eased their fears and apprehensions. Yamuna was excellent with communicating and letting them know exactly what was going on at each step in the process. When it came time to list the house; the photos and listing were stunning. Yamuna Benedict was my agent and she and her assistant, Christy were AMAZING. Yamuna really knows her stuff and was extremely responsive to my many, many questions. She is very personable.....and really enjoys her job and making sure her clients are very well taken care of. I had another agent before her and that experience was not a good one, which caused me to fire that person and take my house off the market for a little while before starting over. I interviewed several agents and Yamuna was absolutely the very best choice!!! Plus she is very, very nice and smart......Christy was always very responsive to all my texts and emails and phone calls.....they are a great team. I would give them 10 stars if I could.......
