Yamin is very knowledgable about the Hayward real estate market. He has a lot of contacts which helped me with obtaining finance for my new home. Yamin was available from start to finish to answer any question. The house sale closing was easy and he explained the paperwork that was involved. The sale closed timely and as scheduled with no issues or delays. When I sell my next home, I will contact Yamin to be the realtor.
