I decided to buy my first investment property and met a few agents through online recommendations, but because of the nature of the market, they were rushing and not caring. I contacted Yamilet for one of her listings; immediately she was calm, and clear with the explanations of market(Miami Dade and Broward county). Introduce me to an amazing title company(Performance Title, Inc.) and inspection company that I will always use during my investment journey, I definitely recommend them. She helps me understand the procedure with my lender( which isn't a good one): I mean she went above and beyond to see me close the deal. I can't even begin to paint the full picture of a great experience I had and still have with the recommendation of other services like lawn care companies, lawyers, general contractors...etc. If you're in the market right now and struggle either as a newbie or a professional investor or just want to buy your dream home or event sale your property, I will gladly ask you to give her a call right and stop the worries.
