Yale is absolutely without a doubt the best choice I made when I wanted to sell my house. First he gave me great advise on what I should improve and what would be a waste of time and money. Then the pictures he had done for the listing were so beautiful! We only had to show the house 4 times! Within 2 days Yale had 3 offers! And we got full asking price!!! While all that was going on I wanted to try the condo on the beach rental life and Yale was able to find multiple great beach front condos that met my long list of must haves in my price range in winter. Amazing! When I ran into issues with renting with pets I decided I would rather buy a house. Again, Yale got right to work finding me a house that best met my long list of must haves. Which of course I kept tweaking along the way. It wasn’t a problem for him. He asked questions and listen to what I wanted and used the information to find me the perfect home!!! Then he had the best home inspectors that check everything thoroughly. I mean things you would never think of. After all of that he also handled finding me a great mortgage company that got me an incredible mortgage rate and a great homeowners insurance company. There’s so much that goes into selling and buying a home but I didn’t have to worry about a thing because Yale did it all for me. I highly recommend Yale!!!
