Yajaira was extremely confident and knowledgeable in regards to selling our home. She helped us to find contractors to do any necessary repairs and she negotiated perfectly with the buyers. She was always available when we needed her and she was very genuine, which is important to us. We felt assured, even right after Christmas that she would help us sell. From day one she gave us all of the information that we needed, including a week by week approach of the process . We always knew where we stood, there were no surprises. We are so very fortunate to have met her and had her as our Realtor and now friend.
