Yair “Jay” Sherman was quite knowledgeable about the local market and the details of closing sale
Jay was most helpful with his research of the very local market, advantages and disadvantages of homes offered on a block by block basis and understood our priorities as we narrowed our search. After we made our offer and negotiated the final agreement, he was absolutely tireless in attending to the many details of of closing the purchase agreement, even when the other party seemed slow or unresponsive. We could not have been more pleased with Jay in this successful endeavor.
