The best Real Estate company that have ever deal with, Yadira and her team are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable of the real estate market. She rearranged some furniture in the condo to have better eye appeal and did some staging as a part of her services. We had a contract within a week at her suggested selling price. Yadira is Excellent. She is very easy to work with, has great attention to detail, is always available, very accommodating, and keeps you informed every step of the way. We frequently had 3-way chats between Yadira, myself, and my son who was living at the condo we sold discussing every aspect of the process. Yadira and her son took very nice pictures that she personally staged. She took a personal interest selling our condo, reminding us of details to fix and look into. She also resolved issues along the way. On the last day, she came over and spent 6 hours with the cleaning crew to make certain the place was spotless and ready to move into. She even gathered up left over items and donated them and threw out that which was not usable. Yadira made the whole process less intimidating and much more manageable. We were lucky to find her and really appreciated her skills and opinions in sales. To answer how the price matched our expectations, we had hoped for $300K but Yadira, who knows local real estate, said $250 was more likely. We asked $280K and got $260K which came to about $245K after the 4% commission and real estate title commission fees.
