The experience that we had with Denise was top notch . . . starting with the initial phone call to "interview" her as a prospective agent to list our Mother's home until the closing! I was referred to Denise through a VERY close friend whose cousin had just listed with her and stated “ Denise is AMAZING!! From the first time I spoke with her – which was while she was on vacation and took my call, I knew from that moment that I would hire Denise – I did not need to contact the other realtors to interview them. Denise met my brother and myself immediately upon return from her vacation and that set the ball rolling for quickly getting the home on the market with the incredible photo shoot (her photographer is so talented). I liked the fact that she understood our recent loss of our Mother just one week prior giving us very clear and defined timelines to get things accomplished in a real way for success with our listing. Her advice on the listing price was accurate and in depth. She was open to what we felt were important details about the home that made it a “seller”. Denise and her team were in constant communication with us re: photos of the home, showings, listing sheets to review, showing feedback and the offers(s). As aside note, during our time with Denise as our realtor, her Mother was very ill and of course family comes first yet, Denise had all of her bases covered and stayed in communication while out of twice!
