Jeannette has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! To have someone within the process that is religion filled, praying with you while walking you through a process that has been so strenuous because builders hiding, miscommunication, or misinforming you she has been a blessing. Even through this process my family was effected by our neighbor apartment fire & she went out to way to assist us in finding temporary living while getting our apartment remodeled from the damage. She has been patient with our needs in that situation as well because we almost backed out & she was understanding not pushy. JUST AMAZING!!! I have been recommending her to family and friends ranging from Virginia, North Carolina, to Florida. Her team will also jump in wherever needed. Credit not right they will direct you to where your needed. Need a lawyer she has someone on her team. Need an inspector she has an amazing contact who was informational as well so the list is endless. This process is enough in itself & to have someone to be a one stop shop. Never made us feel asinine with our 1000 questions. AGAIN Just amazing 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Ms. Jeannette is the best realtor a person could ask for. First off, she’s a woman of faith which is something I value greatly. She is dedicated, passionate, and effective. Her communication is spot on. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She knows more than most of the realtors I have interacted with. Her personality is very contagious. The builder, lender, construction superintendent and even lawyers all had never met her and were extremely impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and passion for her clients. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. We already closed and she is still checking up on us. I really believe that God handpicked her for this profession. She truly has a heart of gold. Ms. Jeanette has become a part of our family. There were times my husband couldn’t make it to meetings or viewings and I didn’t want to go alone with my kids. Ms. Jeanette drove over an hour to be there with me. When I didn’t order blinds for my new build she offered to take time to go looking for some with me. She is the best. I could write a book but I wanted to highlight a few moments. You need her. You won’t find this everywhere. I recommend her 10/10.
