From the very beginning Xavier had only our best interests in mind. He offered to show us numerous properties and really get a sense for what our needs were. Once we found our home, he walked us through each step of the buying process. He assisted greatly in the bidding process as well as setting up the appraisal, inspection, and keeping all parties accountable to what needed done. We are in our new home now and are happier than we ever imagined possible. Thank you Xavier for all your patience, support, guidance, and for taking our dreams and making them a reality.
