They went above and beyond for our family during one of the most stressful and uncertain times we’ve ever experienced. Our situation was complicated, and getting everything done required a LOT of persistence. There were times when it felt like we were hitting roadblocks left and right, but Xavier Garcia and his team never stopped fighting for us. They stayed on top of everything, made countless calls, dealt with the mortgage company and their attorneys, and kept pushing when others were dragging their feet. They didn’t just do their job — they genuinely advocated for our family and worked incredibly hard to get us to the finish line. What really stood out to us, though, was how much they cared about us as people. When we welcomed our newest baby, they even sent flowers to us at the hospital. And at closing, Xavier Garcia showed up with a HUGE box of diapers for our new baby. Those are the kinds of thoughtful gestures you don’t forget. We truly believe that having this team in our corner made an enormous difference for our family. They treated us with compassion, patience, and respect throughout the entire process, even when things got difficult. 100% recommend always so communicative and answers any questions. Very professional and understanding such a genuine individual, always on the move and has a flexible schedule. Once you start working with him you have access to all of his network entirely it’s like his contacts are yours you literally just have to schedule viewing and sign documents he pretty much takes care of everything.
