My name is Manfredo Franco, and I had the fortune of working with Xavier Franco, who is also my relative, in the purchase of my home. I realized he was the perfect person to assist me with the purchase due to his professionalism from the start. He handled any issues or obstacles with professionalism and was very persistent, never giving up on what I wanted to buy. The most memorable part was being able to visit each place that was for sale together and receiving his professional advice. Xavier kept constant communication with me, which made me feel supported and informed throughout the process. Without a doubt, I would recommend him because, despite being my relative, he showed great professionalism in his work. I rate my experience with Xavier a perfect 10/10. Hands down the best!

Yes, I was skeptical at first. I walked in to an open house one day. I met Xavier Franco. I talked to him about my previous attempts in getting a house in the past. With a surety in his eyes he told me: "Don Rudy yo le puedo ayudar a comprar su propia casa" when he told me that, I was looking deep into his eyes and wondering 'how'. The process began. Most of it was smooth for me . There was some tough documentation gathering but with his professionalism, care and great team he works with I was able to successfully get the key to my new house.
