Mrs. Baldwin is a very great agent/broker. She is very dependable, she works diligently, and also works in your favor. She works with the knowledge of knowing that whatever information she gives and receives to your benefit or not she let's you know and if she doesn't know she will find out. I personally had a long and hard closing, but Mrs. Baldwin had some days that she would just call and give words of encouragement. The reason I would recommend her is because she puts herself in your shoes and acts as she is buying the house and that's what you want in an agent.
