Wynne was very communicative and took care of everything.

I had to move to a home before the home could go on the market, Wynne found places for furniture and donated to Habitat for me what was left. she took out the garbage every week, and donated items that were left, She communicated with me often and always asked before she moved stuff. she even was able to find stuff I was missing in my move and bring to me. The biggest thing is that she explained the process and found answers for my questions. When it came to pricing she was very thorough in the old fashioned way...she brought comps and broke them down as compared to my home. nothing fancy and not trting to impress me - just the facts which I appreciated. Wynne askd permisson to have a handyman come in and make some repairs and then she painted a few rooms for me. She was an angel to me, anyway. I could not think of anyone more real and professional.
