First time buying a home

We used Wyatt to buy our first home and he is not kidding when he says he writes winning offers. The only offer we placed was accepted! Without his advice and knowledge we would probably still be searching in this market or overpaying for a piece of work. We love our home and the process it took to get us here. Being first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. The advice he gave us will stick with me forever, one of my favorites was “it’s about the things you can’t change, you can change the cabinets and flooring- not the location and property.” It was helpful when I fell in love with a cute home in a rough area, we would’ve missed the home we have now. We gained a friend and will forever appreciate Wyatt for the countless hours he spent with us.
