I met with Joan on a Monday, by Wed. pictures of the house and a virtual tour was online (great photography) and the papers carried the listing (with a great shot of the house) on Thursday. Showings began on Friday with an Open House on Saturday (over 125 people attended) and more showings on Sun. The offer that we accepted was for well above the asking price and we accepted immediately. The whole process was amazing. The staff that we dealt with courteous, very well informed, professional and very effective. I highly recommend them.
