Once you inform Wuilfredo of your expectations, he does his best to fulfill them. Wuilfredo shares his knowledge based on his experience, but is not too aggressive which I respected. He is great at making time for you whether it’s a showing or any question you may have. Even now that escrow has closed, he continues to answer our questions and gives us peace of mind. We appreciate working with him for the past 3 months.

My experience working with Wuilfrido was great...I never thought looking for a house would be so easy...Wuilfrido and his team was very attentive to what we were looking for...very flexible with the timings needed to see the houses and made my husband and I feel like family.
