这次我是购买的投资房，几个月前，我刚刚购买了自住房，对阿伟的帮助，还是非常的满意，现在抢房状态还是在持续中，阿伟帮助我以低于市场价格买到了这套投资房，阿伟办事有计划，有效率，办手续非常顺利，没走任何弯路。房屋需要简单装修和购买家电，阿伟对投入估值都非常准确，而且都是他代我完成，更满意的是，阿伟已经帮我找到了租户，装修一旦完成，就入住，从决定购买到现在，我只就去过房子一次。对阿伟的业务能力超赞，对阿伟的人品我更是百分百的信任．此次投资非常满意！

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Wui! He was referred by a friend of mine 7 years ago, and soon becomes our realtor for multiple properties and the reliable manager for my rental properties. He is an honest, diligent, experienced, knowledgeable, modest, pay attention to details, thoughtful, friendly and fun person to work with. Whenever I send an interesting property from Zillow, he will make appointment to look at the house right away on be half of us since we are the out of state buyer. Wui then sends us the detailed video clips covering every corner of the house with comments of potential repairs and estimates. Most importantly he will tell us if it is worth it to give an offer! We never felt forced to make an offer at all. On the pricing, he always thinks steps ahead for the maximum benefits for us. For example for purchasing this property, I was planning to add $5000 dollars in front. He did not think it was needed, instead he wrote down the asking price in the offer letter! On the price negotiations, he asked a roofer to give a quote right after inspection and use that quote to bargain down the price for a whole new roof, and he did it! We were able to bargain down a brand new roof for free! He works around clock, and he did so muck work behind the scenes for the best price we could get. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better. I would say we are very lucky to have him in the past years and wish him more successful in real estate field!
