Seller Beware! Although Wooff as a company has a long history, they are not ethical. We were out and out lied to twice. Before selecting Jyn Farris and Shannon Imergoot as our agents, we carefully interviewed agents. We made them sign that they would only represent the seller, and not be dual agents. However, they quickly dropped the promise and worked as de facto dual agents, the same person getting paid by both the buyer and seller. The owner told me a legal fiction that they were only "designated agents' not "dual agents". Second, we asked that they notify us of inspectors hired by the buyers. They provided false information.
