When we were planning our move we interviewed 2 different agents and ended up going with Woody because of his strong passion for getting the best deal for his clients. He went above and beyond in helping us understand our leverage in the deal by doing research on the sellers and comparable homes in the community. When we made an aggressive offer, he personally delivered it to give us the best chance of not being shut out. He helped us work through quotes to justify asks after the inspection. All the while, he continued to send us other properties recognizing there was still a chance that we don’t get the property. We were extremely happy with the outcome and absolutely would recommend him to anyone.
