Woody helped the reviewer sell this property

Knowledgeable, Communicative, Attention to Detail, Determined

It was a pleasure working with Woody in the sale of our rental property. He knows the real estate market in our area and was able to provide us with a market value that was reasonable to us and that would sell the property without overpricing it. His knowledge of seller financing was superior to the other realtors that we interviewed and he understood the tax implications of selling investment property and worked with us to ease that burden. During the escrow period he communicated to us everyday regarding its progress and the many adjustments we agreed to regarding the seller financing documents. The sale was smooth and quick under the constant and consistent attention from Woody. We will definitely use Woody in the future to market our other properties and with confidence that he will provide the same care and attention to detail to whomever we refer him.
