Wonderful home buying experience

There are two simple facts to recognize: The housing market in San Diego is such that not everyone can afford to buy a home and that realtors receive a commission from the amount that exchanges hands for the sale of that home. I was buying a mobile home. Woody admitted that his clientele isn't usually in the market of a mobile home. He also knew that the purchase would never exceed $250K, far less than the average which is $800K+. Despite this, he offered me all the time and attention needed to find the right home that fit my needs. He went with me to 4 or 5 homes. He has quite the eye for detail. After each walkthrough he expressed his opinions to me, both positive and negative. He listed the things that I should consider in the purchase of the home and all the things that had to be addressed with the seller. He was also there for the inspection which took more than two hours. Never did I feel pressured or rushed in making a decision. He truly wants his clients to be happy with their purchase. All in all, Woody was there from beginning to end. He made the entire process comfortable, less confusing and made a stressful situation very relaxing. You will be happy and fortunate to have him at your side.
