I reached out to River to help me sell a rental property I owned in west Duluth. I picked him because he is from my hometown and as kids we knew each other peripherally, sharing some of the same friends. I remembered him as a funny, good natured, nice guy. It turns out he still is. River went above and beyond as an agent. In the end, the highest bid came in over what the property appraised at. Long story short, River did the leg work and went the extra mile to make sure I received that high bid, which was more than I asked for or expected. River is knowledgeable and considerate. He worked hard and bent over backwards to accommodate the tenants that were living in the house, which was important to me and greatly appreciated by them.
