We have bought and sold over a dozen homes over the past 30 years and have always used a full service broker/agent. We were reluctant to use Assist-to-sell for fear their lower commission rate may result in a lower quality service. It was just the opposite. Whitney provided the best support/service we have ever experienced. This included an immediate listing of the property, constant communication on updates, and handling literally everything that came up during the marketing as we had left the state for an RV road trip. She even took care of things well outside her responsibility such as collecting and forwarding our mail, shoveling the driveways and walks after snow storms, and managing the repairs that came up during inspections.
