Winston White did an excellent job representing us as our real estate agent with the purchase of our home. From the beginning, he immediately listened to what we were looking for and where we wanted to look. He looked at the details of the type of home we wanted and how much we wanted to invest. From there we found a pool of homes, that we were able to look at, and we started getting out to look at them with him. He provided realistic feedback on what we would be dealing with for the homes that we looked at. He has great knowledge not only on the real estate aspect, but also on the structural make up of homes. This greatly helped us in our weeding out process to finally find a home that we chose and purchased that we are very happy with. I used to work with Winston a few years ago and always enjoyed working with him. We were working with a realtor, but they never called us back or responded to us, so when Winston reach out to let me know he had gotten his real estate license, we decided to let him help us in our home buying journey. He recommended for us to go look at a property that we had put in our no category, and I'm so glad that he push me on it. When we got there, we realized that even though it didn't have some of our wants, it did fulfil all of our needs. He then used his great negotiation skills and was able to get the seller to not only agree to a price point that was almost 12K lower than their asking price, but they also made about 10K in repairs to the house as well as some seller's credit. I'm honestly a little sad that our buying process is over, but if we ever decide to move again, he would be my first call.
