Sometimes there is not enough good things to describe a person, but let me try to convey what an amazing realtor Windy Hixon is. I had the privilege of having Windy as a realtor in my first house buying experience. And when my wife and I decided to buy a bigger house to support our growing family we decided leave the sale of our house in her hands once again. She did not disappoint. After following through with the suggestions she made to improve our house, she had a professional stage and photographer come and photograph our house. That day our house hit the market. There were two other similar homes on our street also for sale, but ours clearly stood out. Windy listed our house for the perfect price, and after our first open house, we got the offer of our dreams. Those other houses remained on the market for months, they may still be. I got tired of checking to see if they sold. Windy was faithful through it all. Our phone calls were either immediately answered or returned within 5 minutes. My wife and I were gently guided through the selling process while forming a genuine friendship with Windy. Her outgoing nature warmed the house every time she entered, and her enthusiasm was absolutely irresistible. Any other realtor would leave you feeling like a paycheck. Windy forms lasting relationships.

Windy has helped us with purchasing several and selling one home. She is the very best person and knows her market and is very people oriented. We looked at fixer uppers in San Bernardino by Cal State San Bernardino, while our daughter in law was going to school there. Windy was very patient because we are extremely picky. We always made very low below asking price offers. We've had Realtors in the past that didn't want to start negotiating so low. But Windy is game. That was 2006, 2012 she helped us buy a duplex in Palm Desert, 2013, a river house in Parker AZ, and 2016 she helped us purchase our house/property in Perris and then sold our house in Riverside for top dollars.
