His degree thus sharpened his people skills and business edge, which he applies to his day-to-day responsibilities as a Realtor and Property Manager. With a genuine passion for housing, Will began his career in Real Estate as a property manager in Berkeley before obtaining his real estate license. As such, Will is well-versed in both property sales and rentals. He covers residential and commercial real estate in the entire Bay Area, with a particular niche for the East Bay. He helps investors make savvy purchases for investments that can yield valuable returns, especially in the rental market. He enjoys the rewarding process of helping people find a home, which involves comprehensive research and lots of patience. Closing the deal and seeing his clients smile as he hands them the key to their new home after all the paperwork and research is a gratifying and joyful experience for him.
