Great realtor! We reset the market for houses in my old neighborhood, but more importantly Bill was willing to put in a lot of extra work on this deal. I was moving out of state, and Bill took care of everything at the house. He even helped me sell my boat before I moved out, so safe to say Bill goes above and beyond to get the deal done.
