Despite the situation William stays focused on taking care of the client and selling the property. William not only charges a flat fee for the sellers´ listing and a discounted rate for the buyer´s agent, but provides the best service I had in Real Estate. Because of the very reasonable cost I was expecting inferior performance. In a world in where full paid agents are unreliable, ineffective and sometimes rude William is just the opposite. He is conscientious, respectful and extremely professional. Because I was expecting to handle the transaction myself, I took pictures of the house and offered them to William to use them for the listing. He politely declined and took profesional quality pictures with professional grade equipment that enhanced the appeal of the listing. He invested his time to do things right without cutting corners. I was awed. The first offer and contract did not materialize. William was level headed, polite and calm in his negotiations, always protecting our interests. For the second and final contract, William represented both us, the sellers and the buyer. He was straightforward in advance making sure that we understood that now he is representing both sides and had to be fair and professional with both parties. He was outstanding in his performance, indeed representing the buyers honestly without sacrificing our deal. In addition of being an outstanding real estate professional, William is a very intelligent and educated man.
