Tim is a real gentleman, a professional and is detail oriented. He knows the properties, is patient, understanding, reliable, easy to talk to, goes over and above to show each property, and explains any questions you have about each property. If he did not know the answer to our questions, he would get help asap and give us the answers. He knew what to look for at the inspections and I liked the way he would do a walk thru on each house with his phone camera so I could see the home.
