Ever the consummate professional, he is extremely knowledgeable,hard-working, ethical, and organized. The greatest thing I appreciate any business relationship is that a professional follows through and does what they say they are going to do. We sold several properties in the upper desert and he is the complete package, dealing with rehabilitation of the houses, pricing and marketing, nudging along the buyer’s agent, estimators, title companies, etc to have them get their job done, and done correctly. He did all the legwork and made our job much easier, all while getting the best price possible. We have another property to sell in the high desert, and I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.
