2 years before I bought my house a co-worker told me about his home buying experience with Billy and I liked what I heard. So much so that after the co-worker gave me Billy's business card I kept it for 2 years knowing that when my time come to buying a house that I was going to call on Billy. My wife and I knew we were in good hands within the first few minutes of walking into his office to meet him and his wife Stacy. What a team they make! I must say it also helped that I knew the exact community where my wife and I wanted to reside. We ended up purchasing the very first house we saw. Billy's knowledge, great personality and charisma made the buying process enjoyable! My wife and I had bought houses before and memories of our past experiences were telling us this was going to be a lengthy, stressful and unpleasant process. So we were ready for the grind! But surprisingly that wasn't the case at all. Billy was a total pro. His calm, cool, confident and funny demeanor helped set the table for what was going to a fulfilling experience. It's now been about six months since we've been in the house and we continue to like it more and more each month. Billy will definitely be my go-to guy when I'm ready to buy again (or sell).

Two years ago we were referred to Billy and Stacey by some friends. First off, Billy and Stacey took a real interest in me and my family. They kept up with us through changing jobs, upgrading our house, getting a dog, and even exploring real estate investment options. So when we found out that my wife was pregnant and we needed more space, Billy was one of my first calls (after telling family of course). We set up a meeting and Billy explained the process to us as first time home sellers. Then he asked what we were wanting to do. I didn't want to wait around so I said I wanted it sold as fast as he could get it done. 10 days later (which included doing some final repairs, painting, pictures, and coming soon postings) we had 4 offers on our house, all of them above the listing price! The best part was that Billy knew my complicated night shift schedule and was able to work around it while still getting the job done quickly. Second time working with Billy and Stacey and still wouldn't pick any other realtors.

My wife and I worked with Billy to find a home and he was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process. He has experience with flipping homes, investment properties, and buying and selling personal homes and he brings all of that experience to the table to help find exactly what you are looking for! All of that, and he and his wife are some of that absolute nicest people you could ever work with in this process. Working with the Reynolds team was awesome! Billy was so patient as we narrowed down prospective houses. He never pressured us toward picking a house, but instead pointed out things we may not have noticed.
