Very knowledgeable and willing to seek information regarding areas that were new to me in home buying, Bill was always available and checked in often afterwards to see how I was adjusting to owning my own home. I appreciated his thoughtful approach and honesty in all areas involved in home buying. I don't know many people who put this much effort into getting to know people in order to help them through making one of the biggest decisions in their lives.
