Will has been my agent for a purchase and more recently a home sale. On the purchase side he helped me find an ideal rental property. I likely would have skipped over looking at it initially but he knows the area so well he was able to help me think through why it was a better option than others available. He then positioned my offer to the seller’s agent as ‘the one to choose’ when multiple offers were were received. We found out later mine was not the highest price. The property is worth more than 4x what I bought it for and rents easily. It’s hard to ask for anything more. My home sale came as interest rates started climbing. He had the right contacts to stage it and photograph it expertly. The part he excelled at was handling things as the first offer came in. It was below list. Time on market was up significantly on other listings. He was able to get a second offer from a buyer who was taking their time deciding if they wanted to put in an offer at list. This gave us the ability to counter the first offer at asking and avoid any timely delays with concessions during diligence. His communication is top notch. The agent representing the buyers was from a discount firm. Her communication was slow and garbled and her follow up was sub par. He did half her job for her to get the deal done. He did it all in good spirits and brings calm vibes to a big decision in your life. Even if you aren’t buying or selling now, save his number in your phone in case the day comes for you or a friend.
