William put a listing of houses within 24 hours, and we were able to schedule the 1st appointment within a couple of days to see houses. He was very helpful through the whole process, and he was bringing our attention to important details on every step of the process (deadlines, house inspection, payments). He loves what he does, and he is pleasant person to work with. He showed houses exactly with the price we wanted. He was not pushing or rushing us to make a purchase. I think it's a huge advantage over his colleagues. We felt comfortable with him, and we found the house very quick (in about a week). It was easy to reach him with any questions.
