William is incredible. He’s not only a friend...

William is incredible. He’s not only a friend but was also our realtor. He is selfless in the things he does. It’s truly rare to find someone who cares so much about other people and their well-being while getting a job done. He sold our townhouse and found us our new home, both within 40 days…even in this difficult market. He never gave up on us, even after putting multiple offers in on multiple properties. The competition was fierce. He was diligent and communicative, steering and guiding us the whole way, on BOTH projects and took care of every little aspect and detail. He sold our home for a record price in the neighborhood and even got us money back on the house we bought. We were lucky to have such a talented agent and will forever be grateful.

We live out of town and were dreading selling...

We live out of town and were dreading selling our inherited condo in Doral, FL. We received many calls from other condo owners in the building with low ball offers. William was recommended to us by our probate attorney. He was so great to work with. He went way over and beyond to sell our condo for us, helping with the inspection period, filling showings and offers and negotiating on our behalf. We never had to worry about the process with his great communication. He made it so easy. He got well over market value for it, which made us very happy. He is an excellent realtor and all around good guy. Highly recommend.

Working with Willam and Chris was great! As...

Working with Willam and Chris was great! As first time home buyers we were totally lost and had a MILLION questions. William was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. I also had a very specific taste in terms of what I was looking for and William just GOT ME right off the bat, he checked out houses himself before even taking us so as to not waste our time if he knew we wouldn't even like it to begin with. Overall we had a wonderful experience and by the end of the entire process it felt as though William was our friend instead of agent. Whenever it comes time to sell (not for a long time) we would absolutely go back KW with William and Chris!
