Working with Will was a pleasure. I wasn’t very invested since I had moved out and had it rented. He worked with renters and took care of everything right down to moving stuff, cleaning and hiring painters. He got it done while keeping me informed.

He literally walked us through every step in the process, and helped to problem solve when we ran into road blocks with the lender. This was our first time buying a house, so we had a lot of questions, which he answered. He was very thorough when searching out potential homes, and walking us through them. He made the whole process easier, and less stressful than it would have been.
