My wife and I have used William over the last year to look at investment properties in the Phoenix area. We sent him the basic type of home we were looking for and then he would sent us some listings. We would week through the listings and then let him know the ones of interest. He would then drive to the properties to preview the homes before we arrived. He would then only show us the homes that were of interest and didn't waste our time looking at other homes. What impressed us is that he had done research on the homes shown and information on the neighborhood and schools. He had also run comparable sales information of each area, so we could evaluate prices. He is one of the best agents we have ever worked with.
