We recently sold a house for my father-in-law, who was unable to assist much in the process due to health issues. Mr. Mordka was gracious, prepared, diligent and informative throughout the process. His offered is great advice and was personally invested in our situation. When we were unable to get certain things accomplished due to our unique situation, they stepped in and assisted us.
