Billy is extremely likeable and has a very can-do attitude. From our first conversation when he evaluated the local real estate market and proposed pricing (we were spot on with his recommendation) through the end of the sale Billy continuously communicated updates from buyer, suggestions to us around staging and required paperwork we needed to sign etc.... He followed through during the closing process and frequently did temperature checks to make sure all was going well. This continued until final closing.
