We were out-of-town buyers. Bill conducted several virtual tours across a lot of geography around Weiss Lake. In person he drove us all over. Bill educated us on all things Centre. We were not able to move in for five months after closing. He oversaw the fix-it work the seller performed over several weeks AFTER closing. He even took pictures of the progress! During the five month period Bill drove by the house to make sure everything was okay. And he checks our mailbox! I have conducted five real estate transactions using five different agents.
