This has been home to me for the last 40+ years. I have 13+ years of experience as a licensed Real Estate agent, as well as 25+ years of experience as a licensed Nevada home building contractor, and nearly 200 million in real estate transactions. I have a true passion for helping others and love people. With so many people in trouble on their mortgages in the 2000’s, I felt called to do what I could to help them. I have extensively studied the housing market and mortgage debacle and have received the “Certified Distressed Property Expert” (CDPE) designation as well as “Certified Default Resolution Specialist” (CDRS). Now that we are past the mortgage debacle, I just really enjoy putting my years of real estate and building experience to work helping Buyer’s and Seller’s to make the next step in their real estate journey successful and seamless.
