Great experience buying a home on Merrit Island with William!

My wife and I wanted a home on the space coast and Bill Means was there to help. Coming from Colorado, we knew little of the area, but Bill knew all of the space coast, and would meet us on a moment's notice to look at a listing, even on a Sunday afternoon! Once we found our home, he was on top of everything that needed to be done, from arranging home inspections, working with the title company, and lighting a fire under our lender, who was dragging the paperwork out to the 11th hour before finally signing. He was great to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor on the beautiful space coast of Florida!
